my words are a broken.artform
elequent songs bereft of melody and substance
raw.pressure grind and holistic
scream-spatter kisses.
they touch moons and murder silent stars;
flow ebon 'neath innocent raptures
wander rapine through the romance of your verse
mannikin.suffocation and stop.dot heartbeats
and you know I won't say sorry.
this does not mean I'm not somehow a
poet
it does not mean I am somehow short of
humanity
but rather I am too full
of conflicting.fierce.passions
thatdontleaveroomtobreathe.
I know that I am alive
I know that I am poignant as is
all jumbled.soul-machina that
flutters on iron wings.
but were I to embellish poetically
my letter.after asphyxiating letter
my
words
would
not
burn
you
to
cinders,
my heart would not
beat
.
