if you saw me sleeping
would you know if my heart wasnt beating?
would you know if i wasnt breathing?
or would you think after 12 hours, im still dreaming?
A dream...
no
but yet
this thing that makes my mind scream
still seems
far far better than that of reality
if you saw my darkened eyes
staring in the depths of your soul
would you think my heart is coal
would you think the chill around me is cold..
perhaps the cold breath of death?
if you saw me bleeding
would you call me names...
crazy, insane,
mentally dazed
sterotypical things...
would you think after 12 hours im still dreaming,
or breathing
is my heart still beating...
or am i not just sleeping
