purple skies and lullaby’s...... tarnished now from your lying eyes of blue

the softly spoken words you gave me went back with you as you walked out the door

silent cries echo from a place deep within me, that once belonged only to you

my heart beckons...but can’t hear yours singing to me anymore

hiding behind demons is where I keep finding you

laying in our bed in the arms of another you caused me such sorrow

I prayed for so long, I cannot believe anymore that they will come true

stealing time from me with the promise of a better tomorrow

hanging onto every moment, you couldn’t even give me today

holding my breath, I feel the blood leave my veins

your deceptive ways cost you a life with me of years, months, and days

may clouds of death cast over you, and you drownd from the rain

darkness falls over your blackened heart that no one can help

where will you go...you can’t escape the truth

seek your soul for answers and find the emptiness within them yourself

       No matter where you go...

                       The

                       eyes

                     of truth

          are always watching you

Back with a bang! A nice strong post, and a fancy full membership. I'd been wondering where you went. ^V^
