When I'm lost inside
And there's no where to hide
Will you be there
To help and to care
Bout the miseries there?

When I can't find who I wanna be
Will you be there to just help me?
Will you be around
When all of tragedy's sounds
Are comin down on me
Or will I be alone in my sea
Of misery?

Sometimes I look back on the days
When I could hear the waves
But like that place
It's all gone away

No home to go back to
No place to run away
If alone that I would do
Would someone hafta pay?

I try to look past
The life that didn't last
And the times I tried
Ending up lost inside

Can someone find a way
For me to find
The light o' day?

I'm lost in a bind
I press rewind
But the color fades
And so do the shades

When I remember
Ev'ry December
I don't see
Only snow around me
