love me

How many times do I have to beg?
How many times must I wish you were here?
I can’t let another man love me
for fear you’ll decide to want me back
I hate you for all the pain
But my heart aches only for you
The love we had seemed oh so real
I haven’t accepted its time
Its time to give it up
You beat you lied you cheated
and though it’s all so harsh
still I wish I was in your arms
I wish I could have you here with me
as I try to figure out who I am
Instead I wear a mask in fear people will not except me for who I am
I guess I just want our love back
