If I Close My Eyes (maybe the tears won't run)

if i shed my skin
cut it to shreds
i won't be able to feel

if i close my eyes
maybe the tears will run away
andi won't have to see what scares me

if i freeze my heart
it won't hurt

if i don't go to sleep
i won't be able to dream

if push them away
dissapoint them
remove my fangs
i'll be mostly alone

if i freeze my heart
it won't hurt

maybe someone will
push me back

someone that won't
mind the fangs
or the fact that i'm
insane

i thought i knew the answer
i was wrong
but if i freeze my heart
it can't hurt
