You never seem to have time for me,
Always have other things to do or places to be,
I thought you would always be there for me,
I thought you would save me,
Help me through the rough times,
Am I too hard on myself
Because of my past,
Think I'm going to lose you like the others,
Think your lying when you're really not,
My mind tells me your like the others,
The ones I also thought were different,
But maybe this time you are,
How am I to know?
I've misjudged so many times
Been hurt by too many people,
People who don't even care,
Maybe you are different,
