Dilusional Society
Seeing through the makeup and the plastic surgery
Does your mask make you feel any better about yourself?
All the girls starving themselves
to look like everyone else
What happened to individuality?
People spending billions on waste
trying to out do each other
While a mile away hundreds are starving.
Teenagers living off their parents
spending thousands like pennies
What happened to growing up?
Adults marrying anyone and everyone
breaking promises over and over again.
Where did we lose the meaning of our word?
All these children killing themselves,
because their society will not accept them.
What happened to understanding?
Twelve year olds having sex,
and wanting to have children
What happened to our self-respect?
This is still unfinished.. I'm going to keep adding to it as i think of new things.
