the beginning is red.

these are not sticks
but figures dressed in animals.

paint along the cracks
of the mind's crust and a snuff of flame, a grind
of carbon;

oxide

to darken the body

)(form is created by the suggestion
of creation itself

surface is
a membrane where art pushes her body through skin. . .... ..

show herselves. ....
.us..  .shyly obtrusive
into marginal
being.

and being began
in a cave
with owls staring

beyond the absence

of light.

we do not exist
on the wall
~flicker, change~

skew… . .

no moon, no stars, no heaven
morality in the belly,
the belly is last to be blackened
and no fire built with human hands
can illumine.

the ending is.

ominous feel delivered in a spiral kick to the mind... the beginning catches the attention... damn nice

reminded me of the allegory of the cave... simply a wonderful adaptation of platonic thought… even if the intention was not to be
