I sometimes wonder if you still think about it.

As I so often do.

The two of us,
lying in bed together for the first time.

You laughed,

so I laughed.

It was uncontrollable,
and we just couldn't stifle it.

And we both couldn't stop.

Sharing an overwhelming joy,
that couldn't be contained.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
If I could take a piece of time
in my hands.

I'd be gentle,
but firm enough to hold it still.

This is the moment I'd choose.

"I'd be gentle, but firm enough to hold it still." *sighs* I've missed your posts...and this...spoke in painful melodies of longing to go back...and wishing you'd held on just a little tighter. Excellent, as always. ~*Beth*~
