Sometimes you wish for something
And you wait
And you wait
And it never comes true.
So you cry
You cry
You feel as if
You want to die.
So you try
So you try
To kill yourself with a knife
Thinking of your crappy life
Crappy life
You pick up that that knife
And move it towards your arm
You’re no good arm
No good arm
And push it down
Down,
Down,
Down,
And you feel the pain
Yeah you feel it
And you just can’t believe it
The pain it hurts
With each cut it gets worse
Soon your arm is all bloodied up
And then you start to curse
Curse
Yeah curse.
Can’t take much more of this
So you clean up your arm
And cover it up
With some bandages you found
In your dresser drawer
And you decide to take some pills
Yeah those pretty little pills
You keep in your room
When you need an overdose
Overdose
And you take a few just for the thrills
Yeah the thrills
And pretty soon the pills
Spill on the floor.
Still its not enough for you
Not enough for you
Not enough
So
You take out that pistol
Hidden under your bed
And write that
Pretty little suicide note
Suicide note
Hoping the next morning
They will find you dead
Knock knock
Someone’s at the door
The door
The door
Ruined your night of
Perfect death
So you answer the door
And its your best friend
Who has come to stop you
But you still think its too late.
Head is feeling loopy
Loopy
Loopy
And the room is spinning
Yeah its spinning
And everything
Goes
Blank for a few minutes
And then it comes back
Your in an ambulance
Going to the ER
Ruined your night
Thought you saw the pretty light
Pretty light
And everything
Goes blank again
And the doctors are all around you
And again you open your eyes
You lived and
Now
Your pissed off.
Didn’t die
You didn’t die.
You see a shooting star
Again
And you wish
Another wish
And this time it came true
You’re no longer here
Like you wanted
And no one is weeping for you.
