Everyday they told me lies
And tried to make me follow
There was no love in their eyes
Their promises were hollow

Everyday I see my path
And I don’t need permission
When I bring about his wrath
It’s of my own volition

Now I live without their praise
Since I've broken from their spell
I can get out of this maze
And find my own way to hell

I like rhyming, but my flow usually sucks, I'm trying to work on it.
