"The Catcher" by Midnight Phoenix

Everything is so quiet, the air is stirring a feather
I lay here by myself, but knowing we're together
Warms the lamp I lay by, and hums a soothing tune
Like a purring beast lying under the flames and moon

Glowing vines light the way, a spider finds it's place
Next to a darkened angel with two wings, but no face
The catcher takes my nightmares, leaving only dreams of you
So I close my weary eyes and hope that it will leave me too
