Leave once I fall
Leave twice there’s no recalling
Leave once I fall
Leave twice I’ll end up dying
I’ve watched the wall... no evidence it was ever founded
It stretched so tall… who could hope to climb this mountain
I was found lost in the strangest place.. without any face.. the thoughts all erased
Blossoming there in the storm of sands where one footstep left a thousand paces and
The end was near so said the violins
We watched the world from hanging diamonds
I can’t recall… where the black flames passed into me
They watched me fall… as my heart was torn and emptied
So deserving… So unnerving… Was it worth it? No more hurting.
The end was near so said the violins
We watched the world from hanging diamonds
The air was clear but minds suffocated
To feel the fear is to see all the hatred
Is this the end for me or is there another story waiting?
Is this the end for me or do I keep watching for the boomerang?
This is just one ending… This is just one ending
This is just one ending… Don’t trick yourself or you’ll end up dying
The end was near so said the violins
We watched the world from hanging diamonds
The air was clear but minds suffocated
To feel the fear is to see all the hatred
Leave twice goodbye
