She is beautiful…
like cream-sicles tied together
in silk on a hot summers night. and Gods
stitch golden twine, threading paper dolls along
the hem of her dress line. for ‘they’ love to hug her thighs.
Stars get lost along the
curves of her breasts, sipping on her milky
way skin. beneath layers of cloth, wetness drips a
glass forecast, frozen in a timeless essence of a bloody romance.
While the blades of skates
sculpt cloudless skies, dressed in
sheets un-able to penetrate the wordless verse
of his final breath –-as the moon in-hales him in.
Bullets cave through the
reminisce of his chest. as the hurt
swallows bruises gaining access to her
sweat, through the pores of Romeo and Juliet.
Though the beauty she was
so blessed to posses could not
save her lovers fate that day, as his bones and
'my' heart were laid to rest, in a grave that broke.beats.
~painfully apart~
silencing 'us' two with the
choke of death. that only came
for a story of one. and I still wonder if it is you
or Heaven sewing light through the darkness of my wounds.
