I was calling you loud across interstate lines
but as I heared your laughter I knew I found the passage of time
hurting so deeply, I caught up in to the real life of times
And just as quick I headed for tequilla and limes
to blur my vision and my heart's emotions I grabbed the closest bottle I could find

I vision wont blur my heart wont shut up
I guess that xray wasn't worth the cost
I can't swallow the worm, it's taste too (comparitvly) sweet
I have just been kicked out, time to hit the street

Virginia calls down here to the New Orleans
God's out of reach to me and the big blue stream
I hear my name called but noone answers back
calling across interstate lines goes like a whip's crack

my lyrics my poetry, all accounted to you
MY my, across state lines everything is blue
In good time I think you;ll wonder here too
Now I've got to set off and think bout being good
(It's alright, Ive got sprite and three days of food)

I felt the need for the stage, not what I should do
Playing with my Idols, such a goal wouldn't do
Indeed, listener, I would of married her too
but think It's time to fly, indeed, shouldn't she too?
