Show me how to love

Can our ways and herds
Live out of this callous remembered
Find who makes me
Fall out of my blind retribution
While birds sing dirges in the background

Slap my hatred
Back into place
With these wiles and weeks
Spent brooding under a palmtree night
Who wears a cloak in the summertime
Just to streak in the winter?

last night i deamed that we were together
and you wonder why i never want to wake up again

Very concisely worded, with so much nice feeling. Poem of contemplation, great work.
