Raping subtlety
Like the sickly little girl that she is
Is far too enjoyable to be avoided
For a boney-eyed liar such as myself

Choose your song carefully
And play your pawn in stereo
Cool your eyes
And break my name

Half-moon and a full house:
Spotlights tend to drift
When they've fallen, uneaten,
For far too long

"and play your pawn in stereo" is a striking line to me....the poem itself has a gentle sadness like so much of your work....will done
