For a girl too worn to use
With a mind set too obtuse
Pulling to push him far away
Sex is such a cheap excuse

For a girl whose memories fight
To control her every night
All the cuts and screaming sores
Will never make her right

For a girl whose spirits lay
In maggot-filled decay
Finding her way back home will be
More difficult every day

For a girl whose peace resides
By all the others' sides
She should know, the monsters still
Will find out where she hides
