the creeping darkness comes
enveloping my lost soul
claiming it for its very own
there is no way out
there is no light
only the dank cold darkness
it doesnt pay to scream
no one will hear you
it doesnt pay to reach out
no one will take you by the hand
its a fact deal with it
you are invisible
you are not seen
its useless to try and fight
when the darkness creeps in.

i know how you feel when the dark starts to creep inside you. it's hard to turn away sometimes. you painted a very accurate picture with your words.

simplistic but the words throbbed with their own purpose...I enjoyed because it didn't embellish or exaggerate just gripped for a few seconds that feel of dislodged abandon....nice work
