Jenny can't come out today
and Jenny can not play.
Jenny isn't feeling great -
Why? She can not say.

(There's a worm in Jenny's belly
and it will not go away.
No pill or medication helps -
The worm is here to stay.)

Jenny keeps her secrets
even when the questions fade.
Jenny can not tell a soul -
She will not be betrayed.

~I apologize if none of this makes sense - it's more
personally therapeutic than for audience readings~

Clever use of metaphor... darker secrets are rather similar to tapeworms... nicely done, even if not intended to be understood.
