we locked eyes for a moment. minds in control.
.echo.echo.echo.
"I am beautiful"
flatline.
revive.
you left me hanging for far too long.

if she likes you that much,
hell, if she's in love with you,
go for it.

my starry eyes aren't just aimed at you anymore.
get your concieted attitude out of my face,
I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD YOU LOOK.

being upset is all part of the game.
i don't know what game i'm playing right now.
am i playing it right?

you say you love me,
but yet it's different.
you talk down to me like it's nothing.
like i'm nothing.
or maybe.
i really am nothing.

and i'm just holding onto the FRAYED EDGES
of what once was.
but isn't anymore.

the smokebombs make the fire purple.
and THAT is when I dive in.

Hey Jill..not seen a post for a bit from you. This one swirls in a microcosmic fire...tained by hurt and fuelled by passionate outburst...a woman scorned...heck...*legs it*. Nice work...very hard hitting...

I am honored to be the first to comment on this. I keep feeling like i might know whats going on here, but it keeps getting more strange, and the poetry more beautiful. Don't stop.
