She was 16.
Beautiful and angry.
Confused and sure.
She knew what would happen.
She took that leap.

She was 15.
I didn't know her, as her.
I don't know her.
I know someone else,
Someone new.
Someone.

They are my friends.
Teenagers.
Completely sure of everything.
Positively sure of nothing.

They are not the girls I knew,
They are the boys I know.

They know more about me than possible.
I know more about them than I should.

They are different.
Female-to-male,
Beautiful-and-handsome.

Ridicule them,
I'll take you down.
Lay a single finger on them,
I'll take you out.

They are my friends.
Some of my truest friends.
They are what they are.
Now deal.

Wow that was awesome, so protective and putting a beautiful light on your friends and your self...I loved it, I could read it over and over again just.. so I can remember the protectiveness
