The bright impending dawn
Shows its face once again
On time, as it always is,
The heavenly rays dominate the
Sprawling landscape
Like a warm blanket
During the cold of winter

As if on cue,
The trees blossom,
And the flowers awaken
Filling the air with
The sweet aroma of
Life reborn,
Like actors in a play
The stage is set
For yet another magnificent
Performance

This unbridled beauty,
Which stretches ever on,
As far as the eye can see,
From the highest
Snow peaked mountains,
To the deepest depths
Of the ocean,
Captivates its audience,
Bringing with it a
Hushed silence,
We stand on the
Doorstep of immortality

As the curtain falls
To this breathtaking performance,
It will be known to all
That we bask in the
Presence of greatness

such a spirituality and serene lush experoence, the poem masters its graceful presence and voice against the backlash of cyncism and catacylsms of Modernity and our times.....breathless beautiful - Col.
