Moon beams
O’ beautiful moon beams
Bathe me in your omnipotence
Let me suffer sweet rapture
Upon my soul

To gaze into its
Unearthly glow
Bestows such wondrous emotion,
A surreal entity
Which speaks volumes
With only a glance

Like an apparition from beyond
It reaches for you
Takes you,
Owns you,
So powerless, yet contented
With only the careless thoughts
Of the entranced
Dancing in the mind’s eye

Whisked away
To visions of far away places
And splendor unparalleled
All within the gentle silence
Of a nights fantasy

For when the eyes
Of this sleepy world
Are awakened
All the weariness is gone,
Strength renewed,
With cerebral memories
That remain for infinity

you definitely exert a cerebral and nutriional indulgence of precise and engaging words...each poem is a revelation; experience at once enhancing and open minded....sensual and personal and yet somehow....reaching out.Terrific
