The idea for this came about during a heatwave that lasted about a fortnight... I took to wearing no pants around my house (I was still wearing boxer shorts... honest!) and this song seemed to write itself.

LYRICS:

I lost my pants the other day
Shook my head, what could I say?
I asked the Lord for another chance
But the very next day I lost my pants again

I asked the Lord "Would it be ok,
If I wore no pants for a couple of days?"
He spoke to me, I woke from my trance
From that day forth I would never wear pants again

I became the man... with no pants
I became the man...
Cue the solo...

If it shits you off when you look at me
Just remember that we're living in democracy
I made my choice and my choice was right
I'll never wear pants for a day of my life again

I became the man... with no pants
I'm the man who wears... no pants
I said no... I said no to pants....
No...

If it shits you off when you look at me
Just remember that we're living in democracy...
