As he look at her
Inside he dies
For he could not help her
With her pain inside.

The cries she made
He ignored
And when she made them
He was not to look her way anymore.

He turned his head
At all her stares
The time she asked for a reply
He was never there.

He remembers all the times she had been hurt
All the times she was called those words
Words that he himself had said
Words that led her to her death

So as he look at her
Inside he dies
For he could not help her
For he helped put the pain inside.
