Another Love Note

I have said everything I can say to you
I have done everything I can do for you
I am out of words and out of deeds
To express
My love
For you

And I'm so afraid to fade from gold
I dare not ever repeat myself

But I will never despair
For in my heart I am aware
You will never forget
How much I love you

You have said everything you can say to me
You have done everything you can do for me
You told me in a letter
"I am running out of ways to say I Love You"

We're in the same boat, babe

But, a statement, if I may,
Though it may sound cliche
I'm quite content to be here,
As long as I'm with you

And my spirits are aglow
For in my heart I know
You're happy to be anywhere
If you are with me, too
