Try as I might
To set the sun and bring on night
To find another way
To hold you close and softly say
That I LOVE YOU
Baby
I just don't know how

So I'll make a gift of beautiful words
But it's hard when I know that they won't work
To rightly convey
What I want to say
But it's all okay
Because YOU LOVE ME Too

Give me your hand
I'll be your man
We'll abandon our fears
And dive into years
That will end in tears
Of joy
You're my girl and I'm your boy
It's the way we'll have it be
Unlock our hearts and surrender the keys
We'll clasp these shackles round each other
'Til Reaper's scythe tear us asunder
Let no tide of change
Rust our binding chain
May We
In eternity Be
My baby
and
me

love..it used to have a lot of meaning for that once sacred word to be spoken..now its just an everyday word. this was stunning, Jet. really got me thinking, which nobodys been able to do in a long time. this is amazing -Kel
