The following information outlines the conditions under which you may use DarkPoetry with permission. Any access by a person not agreeing to these terms is expressly prohibited. If you do not agree to these terms please leave now.

1. Harm none with your speech or actions: Think before you write.
2. Be not unoriginal, plagiarism is a crime
3. Hate not people, only injustice or misdeeds.
4. You will not neglect to keep copies of your submissions if you value them.
5. Make not enemies by your bad deeds, they will see you off.
6. Hold not DarkPoetry.com liable for the actions of its members.
7. Whenever possible, issue not complaints to the site admins, rather address them to the offending member.
8. Request not a refund after 2 weeks of membership, it will not come.
9. Expect not to here remain when you cause others pain.
10. Neglect not proper spelling and grammar.

You may use this site to read and interact with our members or to post your own, original work. You are responsible for backing up copies of the work on your own computer. In the unlikely event of system failure, you may not to hold DarkPoetry.com liable for lost data.

Cases of copyright infringement are handled according to DarkPoetry.com's copyright policy. Stealing other's work and naming it your own is a good way to find yourself banned.

DarkPoetry.com is only a medium in which the general public may post works. By accessing the pages of this site you agree not to hold us liable for any action of our members. If you have a problem with a member, deal with the member, not DarkPoetry.com.

Behavior Expectations: Any personal insults, abuse or other negativity which leads another member to feel uncomfortable on a personal level may result in any or all of the following happening to the offender.
